DIRECT DEPOSIT- CHANGE

 

Workday is a self-service system that gives you the ability to make changes regarding your payment elections and/or direct deposit information. Please follow the below steps below to make your requested change.

 

Log into Workday with your username and password with the following link: https://wd5.myworkday.com/daymoninteractions/logout.flex

 

To change from Check to Direct Deposit:

  1. Upon logging in, you be on the home page. Click on the “Employee – All About Me” icon.
  2. Select the “Payment Elections” link under the “Pay” section.
  3. Click the “Add Account” button to add an account for the first time or to add a secondary or tertiary account. Click “OK.”
  4. It will bring you back to the payment elections page. Under the “Payment Type” column, click on the icon with three horizontal lines and select the “Direct Deposit” option.
  5. Under “Account” click on the small symbol and select the name of the account you would like to receive the direct deposit in.
  6. Click “OK.”
  7. Click “Done.”

 

To change from Direct Deposit to Check:

  1. Upon logging in, you be on the home page. Click on the “Employee – All About Me” icon.
  2. Select the “Payment Elections” link under the “Pay” section.
  3. Click the “Change Election” button under the “Payment Elections” section.
  4. It will bring you to a new page. Under the “Payment Type” column, click on the icon with three horizontal lines and select the “Check (No Direct Deposit)” option.
  5. Click “OK.”
  6. Click “Done.”

 

 

To update your Direct Deposit account information:

  1. Upon logging in, you be on the home page. Click on the “Employee – All About Me” icon.
  2. Select the “Payment Elections” link under the “Pay” section.
  3. Click the “Change Account” button to edit your current information.
  4. Make the changes to your account information then click “OK.”
  5. Click “Done.”

 

Please note that changes to your direct deposit account information can take 1-2 pay periods to process. You will continue to receive a paper check until your changes have finalized.
