Am I Eligible for Benefits?

Full Time Associates who are regularly scheduled to work at least 30 hours a week are eligible to participate in the Associate Benefits Program. If eligible and you elect a medical plan, you may also enroll your “eligible dependents” into the following plans: medical (prescription and wellness benefits are automatic if a medical plan is selected), dental, vision and supplemental life insurance.

Additionally, U.S.-based variable Part-Time Associates are those who work on average 30 or more hours per week, or 130 or more hours per month over a 12 month period and meet the full time definition defined by the Affordable Care Act (ACA), are eligible to participate in medical plans (prescription benefits are automatic if a medical plan is selected). If eligible, you may also enroll your “eligible dependents” into a medical plan.

Your “eligible dependents” include: 

Eligible Dependents:

  • Same or opposite sex spouse or domestic partner
  • Unmarried/married dependent children (not their spouse or dependents) to their 26th birthday
  • Unmarried/married dependent children (not their spouse or dependents) of any age who are physically or mentally disabled
